Roof-Tek Underspray Roof Renovation System
The Roof-Tek Underspray Foam System provides a modern, cost-effective and permanent alternative to re-roofing your property. Once damaged slates or tiles have been realigned and ridges & flashings checked, urethane foam is applied to the underside of the structure to form a 50mm thick coating that strengthens, insulates and consolidates the whole structure.

Nail fatigue is a common failure in many roofs. Once it starts, tiles and slates begin to move and need constant repair. Roofs with no underfelt will allow wind-driven rain or snow to enter the loft space. Often this can cause freezing of tanks and pipes. Conventional repair requires stripping the roof and fitting new underfelt and battens, and in most cases new tiles or slates, obviously inconvenient and very costly.
The Roof-Tek Roof Renovation System is a specially developed urethane foam which is applied to the underside of the tiles or slates. It forms a 50mm thick coating that consolidates the entire roof structure.
